Part Time, 20 hours / week, Monday•Friday 9am to 1pm Reports to : Shipping Manager Position Overview Oak Meadow is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Summer Associate to join our fulfillment team. This role is essential to ensuring that our curriculum materials, books, and educational supplies are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to families and schools in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pack orders using recommended industry guidelines Assemble and prep craft items for sale, assisting in maintaining proper on-the-shelf quantities Assemble craft kits with attention to item details and presentation to the customer Assist with receiving of incoming books and materials and rotate stock into inventory Stocking shelves and work stations Able to lift 50 pounds Other duties as assigned by manager and the executive director.
