Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. The GTM Specialist will be instrumental in MRP/ERP implementation work, sales calls, targeted outreach, and forward deployed roles. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the technological foundation and direction of the company.

Compensation Base:

$150,000 - $220,000 with raise after next fundraising round (expected timeline: Jun - Aug of 2026) Performance-based bonuses at the next fundraising round 0.00% - 1.00% equity Benefits + 401k $1,000 - $5,000 for successful referral Qualifications 2+ years of supply chain experience at a U.S. based firm (preferably consulting and ERP related) Industry knowledge in the manufacturing space and preferably strong connections to potential ICP Strong sales skills, problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's or advanced degree preferably in a related field with industry experience Strong interest in the problem space and willingness to work long-term Interest in the start-up space and willingness to work on any aspect of the business Sponsorship to work in the U.S.
