Job Summary We are looking for friendly, motivated Take Out Team Members to join our lively restaurant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face behind our take-out service, helping guests place orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing a smooth and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with placing take-out orders via phone or in person. Accurately enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and ready for timely pick-up. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packaging and labeling orders properly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order completion and delivery times. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in host/hostess roles, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required. A positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
