Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, preferences, and expectations, providing professional guidance on design and placement. Prepare the workspace by maintaining strict sanitation standards, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety. Create custom tattoo designs using illustration skills and color theory knowledge, translating concepts into high-quality artwork. Operate tattooing equipment skillfully, applying ink with precision to produce clean lines, shading, and vibrant colors as specified by clients. Manage store operations including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of supplies. Educate clients on aftercare procedures to promote healing and longevity of tattoos. Foster a welcoming environment through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout their experience. Experience Proven experience in professional tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques. Knowledge of sanitation practices and sterilization procedures aligned with health department standards. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Familiarity with store management tasks such as scheduling, sales techniques, and inventory control is a plus. Basic first aid skills are desirable to handle any minor emergencies confidently. Artistic background in illustration or related fields enhances design versatility and creativity. Understanding of color theory helps in creating visually striking tattoos that meet client expectations. Shop has a strong Social Media, Marketing, and Advertising presence which generates high walk-in traffic volume. Several Event's and Promotion's throughout the year. One Free Day per month once you exceed minimum Shop after Commission pay in. Eligible after 6 months. 70 Artist/30 Shop Split 5 Days on 2 Days off 90 Day Probationary Period Must be active on your own
