Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$21.50 per hour

Shift:

Team Lead:

You'll be: Assisting the Supervisor in daily department operations and leading the team in the Supervisor's absence Monitoring and assigning daily tasks to subordinates, ensuring completion and efficiency Overseeing operations, preparing end-of-shift reports, and addressing issues as needed Collaborating with local teams to identify areas for improvement and reporting on team performance Maintaining company safety and hygiene standards, and following 7s Program guidelines Performing additional related duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Preferably have experience in SAP and/or WMS environments Possess strong computer literacy and analytical skills Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills Are a reliable, dependable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership Can stand and walk for long periods, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Are comfortable working in a moderate to loud office/warehouse dock setting with occasional exposure to weather Are flexible with work hours, including overtime and weekends as business needs arise Adhere to company policies regarding safety, security, confidentiality, and data protection What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
