Subaru Team Leader Trainee - 2nd Shift Manufacturing Department Direct Hire hourly role with rich benefit package Outline of duties: The Team Leader is the non-supervisory technical expert on the team and is expected to coordinate and assist team members in achieving objectives for safety, product quality, accuracy, productivity, cost reduction, housekeeping, training and team cohesiveness.General Responsibilities Include:
General responsibilities include: Mastering all jobs/skills of the team in order to train, relieve and assist team members and to act as technical problem-solving resource. Maintaining required records to document activities in assigned area. Monitor production schedules to maintain material, facility and training readiness. Assigns team members to area activities in accordance with production demands and directives of Group Leader. Assures that quality for product passed from area meets all specifications and standards. Acts as primary communication link between team and Group Leader through daily meetings and monitoring team concerns. Other tasks assigned by Group Leader. Other duties as assigned by Manager(s).Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in basic computer applications: Excel, Word, Power Point with ability to learn other programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated potential leadership and problem-solving ability Demonstrated technical understanding Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate others, while maintaining accountability Ability to treat others with respect & dignityPreferred Qualifications:
