In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees needing help with technology—whether they're in the office or working remotely. What You'll Do:

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system Troubleshoot issues with computers, applications, hardware, and software Assist users by explaining solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system Escalate more complex issues when appropriate Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved Create simple "how-to" guides for end users Collaborate with team members to improve service and processes

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years (1-2) related experience and/or training; or equivelant combination of education and experience Passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computers and common software Organized and able to manage multiple requests Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and common troubleshooting steps Work Environment This is an office-based role with a combination of sitting, standing, and light physical activity.
