Generative AI Engineer

Duties Develop and optimize generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools to produce high-quality outputs across various domains. Lead model training initiatives utilizing unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns within large datasets. Design and implement robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for seamless data integration from diverse sources including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions leveraging natural language processing and linked data technologies. Deploy models into production environments ensuring stability, scalability, and security using cloud platforms like AWS. Conduct extensive data mining and analytics to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of model architectures, training procedures, and deployment processes while continuously improving system performance. Qualifications Proven experience in developing AI models with a strong emphasis on generative techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) or transformer-based architectures. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, SAS, R, and VBA for data analysis and model development. Hands-on expertise with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other relevant tools for model training and deployment. Solid understanding of big data ecosystems including Hadoop, Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), Bash (Unix shell), Talend for data integration, and Looker for analytics visualization. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), linked data concepts, quantum engineering principles (nice-to-have), and advanced analytics techniques. Experience with cloud services such as AWS for scalable model deployment and management. Familiarity with database design principles along with SQL proficiency for efficient data querying. Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to work on complex projects involving data mining, machine learning frameworks, and AI innovations.
