We are seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to join a dynamic Player and Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building robust data pipelines, crafting sophisticated data models, and developing innovative data products. Your work will directly enhance creator programs, delivering new and amazing experiences for users globally. If you are a critical thinker who combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs, and are passionate about turning data signals into impactful solutions, this role offers a unique chance to shape the future of a beloved platform.- What you'll do:
- Develop subject matter expertise in business and data domains, collaborating with data consumers and stakeholders to understand their information needs and facilitate data access.
- Identify and analyze multi-structured data or metadata from diverse sources to select and document the most effective and accurate data for analytics requirements.
- Design data models, architect dataflows, and develop abstractions to deliver scalable solutions for analytics and machine learning, ensuring adaptability to evolving needs.
- Leverage modern data engineering practices and frameworks with an object-oriented approach to architect, build, and maintain automated data pipelines that transform data into clean, enriched, and accurate information.
- Advance infrastructure by developing and utilizing frameworks, reusable components, and new capabilities to achieve team objectives.
- Develop enterprise-grade data-serving API endpoints and underlying data products, analytics solutions, and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analysis, or related software development work.
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analysis, or related software development work.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer with regular business collaboration or equivalent on large enterprise systems.
- Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale data pipelines handling logs and event streaming data on Cloud Data Platforms using modern tools like Spark and Airflow.
- Proficiency with SQL; Advanced skills with Python for data transformation and automation.
- Backend development experience building secure and performant enterprise-grade APIs.

- A proven track record building and optimizing analytic solutions and data products which deliver significant business impact.
- Data analysis and exploration skills to identify, select, and prepare data for analytics.

- Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps.
