55k-70k Use exceptional customer service skills to view part request from customer and complete quoting, purchase, and allocation of spare parts to airliners as well as maintenance facilities when required Manage open order reports from customers and add in comments on commit dates and order status Enter airline and MRO work stop requirements into the internal Critical Parts file for program visibility Receive, update and deliver the daily Sweeps file to the spare parts team Work with Pratt and Whitney internal teams to manage and release spare parts orders when needed Experience/Qualifications Strong customer service skills Proficient in SAP Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook). Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferred Travel Requirements < 10%
