Job Description
ERP Analyst Applied Industrial Technologies United States, Kansas, Lenexa Jul 15, 2026 The ERP support specialist role is responsible for ensuring that business end users gave support for their ERP related concerns. The ERP support specialist will work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly addressed utilizing the existing ERP (Epicor P21) functionality whenever possible; candidate should have an understanding of its configuration and design. Responsible for learning the tools and development processes within the environment through training and on the job experiences. Responsible for assisting in analyzing and developing information processing solutions; self-motivated and driven toward timely project completion and overall satisfaction of the business users. Responsibilities Troubleshooting and providing end user support
Training end users
Work on ERP related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects.
Work through and document internal business procedures and processes
Create tutorials and workflows for business reference
Build a strong relationship with the users through project implementation, ensure the delivery of the project and solution is satisfactory to the business users.
Participate in the integration of companies on a common ERP platform:
Escalation of issues during the project implementation
Assist in go-live support of end users
Analyze and troubleshoot the project related issues and manage communications with the vendor including the ability to handle escalated issues.
Train and support other team members in implementing and supporting the end users.
Actively participate in career development activities. Qualifications Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors' degree preferred
Experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 Distribution software is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with functional activities of ERP
Strong communicator - verbal and written.
