Duties Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel models, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas to streamline data analysis and reporting processes. Utilize AI-powered tools to automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present key insights clearly and compellingly. Write complex SQL queries to extract relevant data from relational databases for analysis and reporting purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Support business analysis activities by conducting trend analysis, forecasting sales performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Assist in project management tasks related to analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Contribute to process optimization by analyzing workflows using Visio diagrams and recommending enhancements based on data insights. Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, dashboards, and procedures for future reference and scalability. Skills Proficiency in Excel advanced features including macros, VBA scripting, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of AI applications in data analysis such as machine learning algorithms or automation platforms. Experience with Tableau and Power BI for creating engaging visualizations that facilitate decision-making. Ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction from large databases. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform for integrating sales data into analytics workflows. Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. Strong understanding of analytics concepts such as forecasting, trend analysis, and business intelligence strategies. Project management experience to coordinate multiple analytics projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Effective communication skills for presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies using tools like Visio to map workflows and identify efficiencies.
