Job Description
Overview Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control, and energy solutions at our company-owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and meet the company's objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive project progress and resolve issues. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimize project delivery and ensure profitability.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable. 10+ years managing medium and large-scale complex projects or programs. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall), tools (MS Project Center / Online), and best practices. Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve challenges effectively.Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to understand enterprise architectural concepts. Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams. Excellent overall understanding of various IT projects: Server and Storage technology (physical/virtual/cloud), Network Infrastructure (WAN/LAN/VoIP/Network Monitoring), Security, Disaster Recovery, Productivity Tools (M365/O365), End User Computing, and Enterprise-wide Applications (Microsoft D365, Snowflake, Power BI, etc).Location:
