Seeking a Functional SME / Business Process Expert to lead and design integrated Order-to-Cash, Sales, and Customer Fulfillment processes within an

Key Responsibilities Serve as the functional expert for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including: Customer Management Order Processing Fulfillment Billing Returns Credit Management Customer Service Provide deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service processes. Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and assess

capabilities. Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications. Support SIT/UAT testing , data migration validation, and cutover activities. Assist with change management, end-user training, and adoption initiatives. Provide functional guidance and industry best practices throughout the implementation. Required Skills 5+ years of experience across:
SAP SD SAP MM SAP EWM
Logistics Sales Planning Inventory Management Strong Sales & Sales Operations industry experience. Proven end-to-end O2C process knowledge . Hands-on knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM - required. S/4 Finance certification preferred. Key Deliverables Develop and document process flows. Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client teams. Contribute to project deliverables and functional documentation. Support data conversion and data maintenance activities. Recommend industry best practices and alternative solutions. Provide functional thought leadership and hands-on support as required. Participate as a core member of the functional team.
