Newtown Square, PA | Fully On-Site We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics team in Newtown Square, PA. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently through complex data problems, and turn business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions. We're looking for someone with expert-level SQL skills, strong experience with modern data environments, and the technical judgment to not only build solutions, but validate that they're accurate and effective. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and reporting solutions Write and optimize complex SQL queries Build data transformations using dbt Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions in Power BI Work with cloud data warehouses and multiple enterprise data sources Support data pipelines, ELT processes, and data quality initiatives Troubleshoot issues across pipelines, models, queries, and reporting layers Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions Support reporting and analytics projects around operational efficiency, on-time delivery, inbound analysis, KPI development, and more Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and enhance data products while critically evaluating and validating outputs What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar role Expert-level SQL skills Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools Strong experience with Power BI and working knowledge of DAX Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, or SQL Server Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts Experience with data pipelines and ELT processes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions Strong technical judgment, including the ability to recognize when data, code, or AI-generated outputs don't look right

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
