Job Description
Job Description Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide strategic guidance on end-to-end finance business processes, including:
Service revenue recognition and reportingGeneral ledger and financial accountingMonth-end and quarter-end close processesAccount reconciliationsFinancial controls and governanceSupport ongoing Finance transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and BlackLine platforms.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Finance leadership and business users.
Assess process gaps, identify risks, and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and governance materials.
Lead knowledge transfer efforts to ensure sustainability of processes and organizational readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Audit, IT, and external partners.
Translate business requirements into functional recommendations for technical teams and system owners.
Support change management, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new processes and tools. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in Finance business consulting, finance transformation, or ERP-enabled finance operations.
Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and accounting operations.
Strong experience supporting:
Revenue processes and financial reportingMonth-end close activitiesAccount reconciliation processesFinancial controls and compliance requirementsHands-on functional knowledge of
Experience working with Oracle ERP environments.
Experience utilizing BlackLine for reconciliation, close management, or financial controls.
Experience supporting large-scale ERP or Finance transformation programs.
Background in management consulting, business process consulting, or enterprise finance programs.
Experience with knowledge transfer and organizational readiness initiatives.
Familiarity with Revenue Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
