Techno Functional Consultant will be responsible for supporting Oracle SCM/Manufacturing modules within Ebiz R12.2.x, focusing on Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and potentially Manufacturing and Costing modules. This role involves supporting end-users, implementing new features, and driving issue resolution in complex ERP environments. The consultant will leverage strong techno-functional skills to design, build, and troubleshoot interfaces, APIs, PL/SQL, workflows, and concurrent programs. Key areas of focus include the Order to Cash (O2C) process in manufacturing settings, EDI integrations, and WMS system integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Support users in core SCM modules including OM, INV, and PO, and Manufacturing/Costing if applicable.
• Implement new features based on business requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for Oracle E Business Suite R12.2 Order to Cash processes, including OM, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, AR, and Inventory.
• Support intercompany sales orders, internal purchase orders, intercompany invoicing, and accounting.
• Support EDI integrations (e.g., inbound orders, ship confirmations, invoices) and middleware tools.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with WMS systems, covering order release, pick/pack/ship, ship confirm, and inventory synchronization.
• Utilize techno-functional skills to design, build, and troubleshoot interfaces, APIs, PL/SQL, workflows, and concurrent programs.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production for O2C, EDI, and WMS flows.
• Assess cross-module and cross-system impacts, and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and integration teams.
• Perform process design, system configuration, testing, develop functional designs, and conduct end-user training for Oracle eBS SCM Applications.
• Analyze complex work processes for improvement opportunities.
• Provide analysis, problem resolution, and improvement plans for client applications.
• Create/Review Functional Designs, Test Plans, and Configuration plans for client applications.
• Work with business users on production support issues and resolve them promptly.
• Focus on continuous improvement, RCA analysis, and repeat issue reduction.
• Build knowledge base and create related documentation.
• Collaborate with the DBA team for various requests (DB refreshes, DB issues, grants, DBLINKS/user ID access, TNSNAMES entries).
• Map business processes to out-of-the-box & custom IT solutions to fill gaps in seeded Oracle functionality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• 8 - 12 years Oracle EBS Release 12 in experience in an application support or consulting role.
• At least 5 years supply chain experience.
• 3 Full cycle Oracle EBS SCM implementation or major upgrade experience.
• Expert in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules.
• Experience with Oracle Implementation Methodology, Business Process Engineering, and similar ERP implementation methodologies.
• Systems Development Life Cycle proficiency.
• Strong business analyst and functional skills in SCM and Manufacturing areas.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience mapping business processes to out-of-the-box & custom IT solutions to fill gaps of seeded Oracle functionality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
