This role requires gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps and pain points, and translating them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Desirable Qualifications and Core Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce design, development, and maintenance across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation. Responsibilities may include developing new Salesforce applications and customizations, enhancing existing solutions, conducting testing, building prototypes, and preparing technical documentation and user manuals related to Salesforce application development.
