U.S. Citizen required We are hiring Oracle Application Developers to support software, database and learning management system applications in a classified environment. This is a long-term onsite opportunity for someone with a strong Oracle development background and experience supporting secure systems. What You'll Do Develop, maintain and support Oracle software and database applications Design Oracle database solutions using software engineering processes and methods Work with Oracle development tools including Application Express (APEX), BI Publisher, OBIEE, SQL Plus, TFS and web services Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical specifications and application functionality Support development work in accordance with DoD and DoE cybersecurity requirements Design, configure, test and maintain LMS and student information system functionality Develop and manage curriculum, multimedia training materials and student information within an LMS Configure LMS reporting and data collection Troubleshoot end-user issues and support system enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 6+ years of professional software or database application development experience Active Secret security clearance U.S. citizenship Oracle database design, development and maintenance experience Experience with Oracle Application Server or DBMS 12c or newer Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) Experience with BI Publisher and/or OBIEE Experience with SQL Plus, web services and object-oriented development practices Experience developing in accordance with DoD and/or DoE cybersecurity requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Ability to work onsite in Ballston Spa, NY Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting classified computer networks Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience LMS administration or Learning Management System development experience Student Information System experience
