This position will gather requirements, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within our organization. This position will work closely with various members of the business to define business intelligence requirements and convert those requirements into robust and insightful reports and dashboards. Will also work with database admin team and various applications teams to architect the database back-end needed to support the reporting and dashboarding solutions. We Offer You! What Success Looks Like:

Successfully gather requirements and understand what the business needs from its data. Deliver accurate and insightful reports and dashboards. Develop reporting solutions that help the business track KPIs and business metrics. Build reliable ETL processes, workflows, data models, and data integration solutions. Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and properly validated. Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient and high-performance data access. Follow data governance, security, and data management best practices. Work effectively with business stakeholders, analysts, DBAs, and IT teams. Clearly explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Provide strong customer delivery and meet reporting requirements. Work independently and determine priorities based on business needs. Create and maintain clear technical documentation. Stay current with BI technologies and continue developing technical skills. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of learning.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience with business intelligence tools and concepts. Proven work experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, preferably with the Microsoft BI Stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS). Proficiency in SQL querying, data manipulation, and database design. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience in building and managing data integration processes using SSIS, Talend, or other data integration tools. Experience in with multidimensional and tabular models using SSAS. Experience creating insightful reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI. Familiarity with ERP, MES, and CRM systems is helpful. Project Management skills are helpful. Working knowledge of project management tools including Visio, MS Project, Excel is helpful The salary range for this position is $90K-$110K with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
