Oracle Cloud Full Job Description Role Overview:

The Manager, Oracle HCM is responsible for leading technical aspects of Cloud HCM implementation projects, including data conversions, integrations, extensions, and formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data conversion and integration strategies tailored to client needs. Prepare detailed technical project plans, including data mapping, design sessions, and review SDLC deliverables. Collaborate with functional consultants and offshore technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage project scope, budget, and timeline, providing regular status updates and issue resolution. Coordinate SDLC activities, liaise with client technical leads, and handle technical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum five years of recent experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including leading end-to-end implementations. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Business, or Computer Science. Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM tools like

HDL, HCM
