We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is helping clients develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps that align with their business objectives. The vCIO will ensure successful client onboarding, take ownership of assigned client relationships, conduct Technology Business Review (TBR) meetings, identify technology initiatives, and coordinate the scoping of projects that will be handed off to the Project Team for implementation. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a proven ability to build client relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to new and existing clients through regular communication, strategic planning discussions, and Technology Business Reviews (TBRs).
• Work with the project team to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Validate all client tools and systems to ensure a smooth handoff to the service delivery team.
• Understand client business operations and identify technology opportunities that improve efficiency, productivity, security, and overall business outcomes.
• Ensure client business processes and technical environments are properly documented.
• Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with each client's business goals, growth plans, operational requirements, staffing changes, and risk priorities.
• Prepare annual IT budgets and technology forecasts, including hardware lifecycle planning, software licensing, cloud services, cybersecurity initiatives, and anticipated project costs.
• Conduct technology and cybersecurity risk assessments and present findings, business impact, remediation recommendations, and priorities to client leadership.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and statements of work while coordinating planning efforts with internal teams prior to implementation.
• Track roadmap initiatives and ensure timely follow-up, accountability, and successful completion of client commitments and strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Assist with project tasks as needed to maintain technical knowledge and understanding of client environments. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to collaborate effectively, build trust, and influence both technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant environment is required.
• Strong technical understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic improvements.
• Experience presenting technology recommendations, budgets, and strategic plans to business owners and executive leadership teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to client success and customer service.
• Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong documentation and process management skills.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel as required.

Compliance Management Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
