Job Description
Director, AI Learning Enablement Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is looking for a Director, AI Learning Enablement Leader to shape and deliver the learning and development strategy for our enterprise-wide AI transformation. You'll work with various partners across the company including strategy, technology, and HR leaders to design and implement learning initiatives that drive enterprise workforce readiness accelerating AI fluency and operational tool adoption across the company. Evolving our organization to maximize speed-to-value requires a substantial paradigm shift. The company's AI workforce strategy is pivotal to accelerating how Capital One operates. In this role, you will serve as the strategic lead responsible for creating and delivering our enterprise learning roadmap for AI. You will support our internal and external AI toolkit and drive associate readiness and enablement across the enterprise. We're seeking a highly analytical, product-minded strategist who lives at the intersection of talent, technology and organizational transformation to drive workforce readiness and adoption through training and talent development. Whether your background is in management consulting, technology adoption, or enterprise learning and development, your ability to build consensus around critical problem statements and drive scaled change management will be critical. If you are energized by architecting macro-level talent development strategies, driving large-scale change, and ruthlessly prioritizing high-leverage work over administrative noise—this role is for you.

- Grounded in data analytics and learning science. Uses adoption metrics, platform usage trends, and business data to measure true return on investment (ROI) and continuously prioritize the learning backlog. +

- Here is what you need to be successful:
- + Extensive experience designing and executing large-scale technology adoption, change management, or corporate upskilling programs in a matrixed enterprise environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's Degree or military experience. + At least 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enterprise change management, or product management. + At least 3 years of experience creating and executing technology enablement or learning strategies. + At least 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional project management initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + 6+ years of experience advising, influencing, and partnering with senior executives .

$206,000 - $235,100 forDirector, Project Management Richmond, VA:
$187,300 - $213,700 for Director, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
