IT Manager Position Summary :
The IT Application Analyst will be responsible for managing business applications such as ERP, Salesforce, and multiple other business applications. This position will work with cross-functional team to collaborate on business objectives and solutions. This position is also responsible for the development, configuration, and delivery of a comprehensive software development strategy, architecture, and solutions. This position will lead the development of a strategic vision of our application environment and support users within the organization.
Key Duties, Missions, & Responsibilities:
Tasks/ Responsibilities including but not limited to: Work closely with cross-functional team to understand current and future requirements; suggest solutions and alternatives to transform business process through technology.
  • Develop and demonstrate new strategies that apply technology to resolve organizational challenges.
  • Analyze and document current business process and system configurations to define functional requirements and to develop specifications for enhancements, modifications, and/or additions to existing system functionality.
  • Provide recommendations to Stakeholders for process improvements as it applies to systems or software.
Understand user requirements and translate into new application features to support company growth. Develop, troubleshoot, and manage IT business applications and systems. Collaborate with other IT staffs to set specifications for application projects. Customize and configure the interfaces for CRM, ERP, BI, and other applications.
  • Management of daily and strategic administrative tasks in the business application systems (eg. Data correction, changes of settings, testing, user permissions, or error analysis)
  • Establish relationships and cross function communication with other departments to manage in the business application projects (e.g. Requirement taking, business needs analysis, project scheduling, development and deploy, user acceptance test, and system go-live)
  • Support and provide training to new and existing users in the scope of functionalities of the IT business applications
  • Communicate and cooperate with 3rd party consultants to resolve the application problems or achieve application projects.
Identify opportunities to standardize processes and optimize system functionality across the organization. Participate in application implementation and upgrade projects, including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment support. Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and process materials to support knowledge sharing and system consistency. Provide training and day-to-day support to end users to ensure effective system adoption and utilization.
  • Monitor application performance and assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT application support, development, or administration (or equivalent practical experience). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Hands-on experience with application integration, configuration, and customization, as well as coordinating with vendors or third-party consultants. Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau, and SQL. Working Conditions/Job Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
