IT/Support Technician

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for office and warehouse operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and assisting with system implementation and security practices. This role requires someone who is hands-on, organized, responsive, and able to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support for office and warehouse employees Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi, and network issues Maintain computers, mobile devices, cameras, and user accounts Support warehouse technology, including labeling systems, scanners, and operational devices Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers Assist with cybersecurity, access control, backups, and IT best practices Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs Assist with onboarding/offboarding setup for employees Support Microsoft 365, email systems, file sharing, VPN, and remote access tools Assist with ERP/WMS system implementation and integration projects Monitor and maintain system reliability and uptime Help improve overall IT processes and operational efficiency Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 2+ years of IT support experience required Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience with Windows environment, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices Experience supporting warehouse or operational environments is a plus Familiarity with ERP, WMS, cameras, or inventory systems is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to operational issues Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus Benefits Health, dental, vision and life insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Gas Card Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
