Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical support for hardware, software, and desktop-related issues affecting end users.
- Investigate and resolve service desk requests efficiently while keeping users informed on progress and next steps.
- Support Microsoft Windows 10 environments, including workstation setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Manage user account access and directory-related tasks within Active Directory.
- Diagnose common system and application problems and apply effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to support service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate more complex technical problems when needed and coordinate with other support teams for resolution.
