Qualifications Essential Duties Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, peripherals, and corporate phone systems for our staff. Provide technical assistance and training to staff members on desktop applications and systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues encountered by our team. Manage and maintain our inventory of IT assets, ensuring our staff has the technology they need. Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system. Collaborate with the IT team to roll out new technologies and software, enhancing our staff's capabilities. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, approximately once a month. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or applicable work experience. 3+ years of experience providing desktop support in an enterprise setting. Must possess an MVR in good standing in the state of Colorado with reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications Experience with networking and security protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Position requires light physical work. Lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 pounds frequently and/or up to 30 pounds occasionally. Rotating weekend and on call shifts - usually 1 time per month Interacts with residents, family members and visitors on occasion, but does not support those users from an IT perspective.
