This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401k. We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide hands-on technical support within a fast-paced corporate environment. This position will focus on Tier 2/3 end-user support, Microsoft technologies, endpoint troubleshooting, access management, and day-to-day site technology needs. Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, and common business applications. Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, connectivity, VPN, hardware, software, and user access issues. Administer routine Active Directory functions, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and password-related issues. Support Microsoft 365 user administration, licensing, email, and application troubleshooting. Image, configure, deploy, and replace Windows endpoints. Install and troubleshoot approved software, updates, and endpoint configurations. Diagnose basic LAN, wireless, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues. Maintain accurate asset, inventory, and ticket documentation. Escalate complex infrastructure issues while partnering with other IT teams and third-party support providers. Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and end-user improvement initiatives. Provide occasional after-hours support when required. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues. Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills. Hands-on experience with Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and access management. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, wireless networking, VPNs, and endpoint security. Strong PC hardware, software, imaging, and deployment experience. Comfortable working directly with end users and resolving technical issues independently.
