Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users at client sites Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networks, mobile devices, and cloud services Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, email, and access controls Support workstation imaging, patching, antivirus/EDR, and backup systems Participate in hardware installations, office moves, and project deployments Maintain documentation of client environments, tickets, and procedures Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior technicians or engineers
Qualifications Required:
1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments Basic networking skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (onsite client visits required)
Preferred:
Experience supporting business VoIP systems (e.g., configuration, call flow, troubleshooting) Familiarity with RMM/PSA platforms (for remote management, ticketing, etc.) Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (email, Teams, SharePoint) Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) platforms Experience supporting antivirus/EDR, backup solutions, and remote access tools Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple clients Basic knowledge of IT documentation tools and service delivery best practices
