Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Division IT Support . The right candidate will provide computer (hardware and software), printer, copier, and phone support for the division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide support to users on all applications, including DHI Sales, Microsoft Office, web tools, and any other software used throughout the division Work with regional and corporate staff to meet the IT needs of the division Maintain the copiers, phone systems, printers, computers, networks, websites, and all software applications used by the division. Provide system accessibility to all users, with minimal downtime, including Sales and Construction Manage computer software and hardware inventory, including maintenance and upgrades as well as replacement, when necessary Administer all user accounts and groups on all systems. This includes setting up new users, processing changes to user accounts, and terminating accounts upon employee separation Work with vendors to procure necessary equipment, services, and software Train staff on all applications Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime Ability to travel overnight Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university One to two years of related experience and/or training Proficiency with MS Office and email Preferred Qualifications Effective communication skills Ability to multi-task and attention to detail Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
