Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via help desk systems, assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux), mobile devices, and peripherals Manage customer support tickets efficiently, documenting issues clearly and following up to ensure resolution Support user account management tasks such as Active Directory account creation, modification, and deactivation Assist with network troubleshooting including LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP protocols, DNS configurations, VPN connectivity, firewalls, and GPO (Group Policy Objects) settings Conduct equipment troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to minimize downtime Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to escalate complex issues involving computer networking or server-related problems Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer management tools Proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on help desk systems and customer service excellence Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting techniques Proficiency in Windows support (including Windows 10/11), Linux operating systems, and desktop support procedures Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues related to computer hardware components and peripherals effectively Experience managing customer support tickets using help desk or IT service management platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately while providing effective solutions Knowledge of Active Directory management for user account administration and security policies Understanding of IT infrastructure components including routers, switches, DNS servers, and TCP/IP protocols Familiarity with mobile device support and troubleshooting across various operating systems Embark on a rewarding journey where your technical expertise fuels operational success!
