We are seeking a Technical Trainer to support team development through effective training, certification, and skill- building. This role is key to enhancing performance, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver daily technical training and support Partner with leadership to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training. Conduct skill assessments, provide feedback, and track training progress. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning solutions while promoting safety.
