IT Systems Specialist AMM Consulting is a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) based in Portsmouth, NH. Responsibilities / Duties

Provide regular onsite support for clients in Portsmouth and the surrounding Seacoast area Prioritize, respond to, and resolve incoming support requests Monitor and respond to proactive systems support tasks Assist with user onboarding and offboarding across client environments, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Email Security Gateways, security platforms, VoIP solutions, line-of-business applications Re-imaging, updating, and configuring workstations to meet client standards and security requirements Work with technologies including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, VMware, Hyper-V, Datto RMM, SonicWall, UniFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MFA, Veeam, VoIP platforms, Proofpoint Qualifications and Experience Associate's or bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience Previous hands-on experience in an IT support role Strong sense of ownership with the ability to see tasks through completion Personable and professional, with the confidence to communicate clearly and remain calm under pressure Enjoy learning and mastering new technologies Consistently presents a professional appearance and demeanor in dress, communication, and customer interactions
