Desktop Support Technician (Part Time)

Description Position Overview Our healthcare client is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across multiple ambulatory and specialty care locations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

• This role is about 5 hours month.

GREAT for a IT student who is currently in classes part time.

• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment
• Perform PC imaging and deployments
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates
• Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary ________________________________________ Requirements

Experience:

2+ years in IT support or related field

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
