What will you be doing? Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking while troubleshooting complex system issues to maintain peak operational efficiency. Administering user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Microsoft Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based environments. Monitoring system performance, managing security patches and backups, and configuring networking equipment like VPNs, switches, and wireless access points. What do you bring? Positive, can-do attitude Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration or technical support. Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals, with a solid focus on cybersecurity and endpoint management.
