About Blacktip Blacktip is a Microsoft Modern Work & Security Partner helping small and mid-sized businesses modernize through Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. If you want hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and cloud security in real client environments, this is a role where you will actually build your skills, not just reset passwords. What You'll Do You'll be the escalation point for a wide range of IT issues across cloud, server, and network environments: Troubleshoot Windows & macOS issues (login, performance, boot, printing) Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, permissions) Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID Manage device lifecycle (Intune / Autopilot) Diagnose network issues (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, connectivity outages) Assist with security policies like Conditional Access What You Bring Hands-on Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi) Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer IT issues macOS support experience is a plus Clear communication and strong ownership mindset Why This Role Stands Out Real exposure to cloud + on-prem + networking + security Work directly with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems daily Fast-paced environment with no two days the same Hands-on work that builds deep technical skill, not just ticket handling We're Looking For People Who Like solving problems others can't figure out Want exposure to modern Microsoft cloud environments Are tired of being stuck in basic help desk roles Want to grow into systems, cloud, or security engineering EEO Statement Blacktip is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
