Primary Location:
Greenville, SC We are currently hiring an IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing IT support services and acting as a liaison between our key business partners and service delivery teams. This role involves maintaining overall IT performance within the manufacturing plant, driving continuous improvement, and managing service levels. This individual will work closely with the business to drive functional system solutions as well as manage service levels with IT partners.
Where is the work:
Support will be provided during normal business hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed. This is an on-site position scheduled for four 10-hour workdays per week . This position will be located On-Site.
What you will do:
Manage minor IT projects and business analysis tasks. Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction Project management Participate in and support project teams to improve IT and business operations. IT contact for the business regarding IT related information and project requests. Lead and Support IT initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites as needed. Provide onsite break/fix support for office and manufacturing environments, including PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners and peripherals Perform ongoing operational responsibilities for defined solutions. Perform technical, administrative, and support work in the installation and operation of new and existing PC systems. Work with Autopilot, Intune and Active Directory. Attend Gemba walks and promote Op Ex/Lean engagement, continuous improvement, and MDI integration. Execute defined client computing lifecycle processes. Assist with support and hands-on activities of network and server infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve user support issues in collaboration with other IT team members utilizing Major/Minor Incident Management tools and processes. Deploy emerging application technology solutions to physical locations and business users. Provide user training when necessary. Support the IT strategy and maintain alignment with the business. Act as a primary liaison for major downtime and incident management/communications. Drive the adoption of standard work processes and application functionality. Collaborate with the business to create requirements and process documentation; create design flows and narratives, assist developers with technical design; monitor / perform testing and implement process change. Follow and promote defined ticket management procedures including the use of standard ticket management tools. Partnership between SBU and Enterprise Services initiatives. Manage and support OT asset administration in alignment with Cybersecurity strategy. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams Customer service oriented Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Business partnering IT service management Business analysis Software Functional aptitude Data management and analysis Strong sense of urgency to resolve issues Remote Support What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of IT and project management experience Broad technical IT knowledge and awareness of industry trends. Proven operational excellence skills, including root cause analysis, risk reduction, and change management. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio. Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting (Dell) and printer desktop/multifunction devices (Xerox, Zebra,HP). Project management and business analysis experience. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems (MES, PLM, ERP). Technical acumen, including SQL, data management tools, and Oracle databases. Experience with DELMIA Apriso is preferred but not required. Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
