Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Provides advanced technical support for IT systems and ensures the smooth operation of technology infrastructure. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Installs and configures Information Technology Services (ITS) hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved deployment tools and methods T roubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software. Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required including during emergency situations Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices. Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices. Provides training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies Utilizes active directory to support the enterprise needs Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - Associate degree in ITS related field of study. Experience - Two (2) years related work experience. In Lieu Of Equivalent work/education experience may be considered i n lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above. Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications preferred. Valid Driver's License and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart.
