If you're the person people call when something isn't working—and you actually enjoy figuring out why —this may be the job for you. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day technical support for the systems our employees rely on, including our CRM, phone systems, SMS, email delivery, and other internal business applications. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage user access, work with outside vendors, and partner with our development team when a problem requires a deeper technical fix. What You'll Do Troubleshoot employee issues with our CRM and internal applications Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and system access Support phone extensions, call routing, forwarding, voicemail, and related issues Investigate Twilio voice and SMS issues, including failed calls and messages Troubleshoot email delivery problems such as bounces, blocks, and spam filtering Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding across multiple systems Review system logs and administrative dashboards to identify problems Determine whether an issue is user-related, configuration-related, vendor-related, or a software defect Escalate confirmed software issues to developers with clear documentation and reproduction steps Work directly with vendors such as RingCentral, Twilio, and SendGrid Document common issues and create troubleshooting guides Provide employees with basic system training and support Follow issues through to resolution What We're Looking For Previous experience in technical support, application support, help desk, or business systems support Experience working with or administering a CRM Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in administrative dashboards, system settings, and logs Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees Organized and able to manage multiple support requests Willing and able to investigate an issue independently before escalating it Even Better If You Have 2+ years of technical/application support experience Experience with CRM permissions, roles, users, and workflows Familiarity with Twilio, RingCentral, SendGrid, or similar platforms Knowledge of SMS, telecommunications, or email-delivery troubleshooting Basic SQL/database knowledge Familiarity with APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, Postman, or browser developer tools Experience working directly with software developers Experience supporting PHP-based applications or some PHP knowledge — a plus, but not required Who Will Do Well Here We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, patient, and persistent . You don't need to know the answer to every technical problem—but you should know how to dig into an issue, ask the right questions, and keep working until you find the answer.
