Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users in The Woodlands, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access-related issues while delivering responsive customer service. The role focuses on supporting Microsoft Windows environments, addressing service requests efficiently, and helping employees stay productive through timely troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and Windows-related issues reported by end users. Investigate and resolve service desk tickets by prioritizing requests, diagnosing problems, and documenting solutions clearly. Support user account administration tasks within Active Directory, including access updates and password-related assistance. Troubleshoot operating system, application, and basic connectivity problems across Microsoft Windows 10 environments. Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user workstations and peripheral devices to meet business needs. Escalate more complex incidents when necessary while maintaining communication with users on status and next steps. Record troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve support processes and knowledge sharing. Requirements Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a business environment. Working knowledge of Active Directory for routine user and access management tasks. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and general Microsoft Windows platforms. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and user access issues. Familiarity with managing and updating service desk tickets in an organized manner. Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users clearly and effectively.
