We deliver mission‑focused support with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity. Position Overview CFT is seeking an Active Directory Administrator specializing in electronic classroom technical support . This role ensures the availability and functionality of student training infrastructure, manages user accounts within Active Directory, and supports customers by resolving technical issues through monitoring and performance management. You will identify problem areas, improve mission‑critical network operations, and communicate technical insights clearly to stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide system and network connectivity support within an electronic classroom environment. Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups within Active Directory. Perform routine maintenance including break/fix, backup and recovery, inventory, and asset management. Maintain security and compliance systems. Document troubleshooting procedures and technical processes. Manage and resolve technical issues through the organization's ticketing system. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of technical support experience. Current IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA, CySA+, CISSP, etc.). Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory. Experience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switching. Strong systems and network troubleshooting skills. Experience using a ticketing system. Ability to document technical processes and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Expert‑level Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. (Bachelor's degree requirement removed.) Physical Demands Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
