IT Help Desk Analyst-On Site

Valley View Health Center is currently seeking an On Site - IT Help Desk Analyst. The IT Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing efficient and timely support for Valley View Health Center end users. This is not remote and requires you work on site. Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required; A+ certification preferred. Experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service is essential. Familiarity with systems such as 8x8 VoIP, Windows environments, remote support tools, and basic networking is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

AA or AS in computer science or related field required. A+ and MCP preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in helpdesk or technical support preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm•May be required to work evening or weekend hours as schedule is adjusted for specific projects. $26.59 - $31.78 per hour
