This role will provide hands-on technical support to internal users and contractors, manage incoming help desk requests, deploy and configure devices, and deliver responsive, white-glove IT support. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Windows environments, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and device management.

$27-$32/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 37.5 hours/week
Duration:
3-month contract, with potential to extend/convert Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for internal employees and contractors across Windows and mobile environments. Manage the Zendesk ticket queue , including triaging, troubleshooting, documenting, resolving, and escalating technical issues as needed. Support approximately 20-30 tickets per day while helping maintain established service-level and ticket queue goals. Administer user accounts, access, permissions, and related requests through Active Directory/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 . Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot computers and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and MDM tools . Assist contractors and users with obtaining appropriate access to required systems and applications. Maintain accurate device inventory and support IT asset management and equipment lifecycle activities. Provide hands-on onsite support through regular walk-arounds, proactively identifying and resolving end-user technology issues. Troubleshoot Windows and iOS devices, Microsoft 365 applications, connectivity issues, and other common end-user technology problems. Assist with Zoom and Microsoft Teams support, including conference room technology such as Meeting Owl and Neat Bar . Support ongoing IT initiatives and projects within established security and network environments. 3+ years of hands-on IT, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience. Strong experience supporting Windows OS . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device deployment and management. Experience administering Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID . Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and users. Experience working with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Experience with user account administration, permissions, device deployment, and end-user troubleshooting. Experience working within a ticketing environment such as Zendesk . Ability to provide hands-on, onsite technical support in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Experience Experience supporting iOS devices . Audio/Visual support experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams . Experience deploying or supporting conference room technology, including Meeting Owl and Neat Bar .
