Drive ticket triage, escalation, and resolution while improving help desk performance and backlog management. Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments. Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud applications and endpoint management solutions. Partner with senior architecture leadership to implement automation and cloud transformation initiatives.
