Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer Concordant - Supporting a Public Sector Client Cayce, SC (Hybrid Remote) Concordant is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment in Cayce, South Carolina. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions that support critical business operations across a complex organization. This is a long-term opportunity supporting enterprise initiatives, modernization efforts, integrations, automation, and ongoing operational support.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week Hybrid remote Onsite required for onboarding, periodic meetings, and key project milestones

What You'll Do:

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, dashboards, and Dataverse solutions Customize Dynamics 365 environments to support evolving business requirements Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript form scripting, and integrations Create and maintain enterprise data models and automation processes Integrate Dynamics solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, SQL databases, SharePoint, and third-party systems Support data migrations, API development, deployments, and production environments Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions Assist with system architecture planning and enterprise modernization efforts Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices are followed Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 5+ years of experience with Power Apps and workflow automation 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience with PowerShell scripting Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, or related web technologies Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level systems Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building and deploying Dynamics solution packages Experience supporting secure or highly regulated environments Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards Experience with enterprise integrations and Azure services

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
