Job Description:

The Role As a part of platform technologies, you will design, build, deploy, and support industry leading design and verification languages and tools. You will apply language design, compiler implementation, type systems, and more to create safe, efficient, usable design and verification environments.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement language features and compiler internals that drive a functional language to enable development and delivery of SiFive's RISC-V core IP product. Develop tools required by a language ecosystem. Architect and design quality code to facilitate meeting expanding requirements for business processes, efficiency and usability. Interface with design, verification and other teams within SiFive to define the next generation of flow automation. Qualifications Strong C++17skills Familiarity with functional programming languages such as OCaml, scala, haskell, lisp, or f# Experience with Linux operating systems and standard development environments and toosl Experience defining build rules in a build system
