Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist - Onsite#26-08200 Pennington, NJ Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Onsite Contract Starts 9/28/2026 Ends 9/27/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will serve as a Copilot Studio and Agent Builder expert, driving the creation of intelligent agents, automations, and workflows to maximize productivity for a global workforce. The successful candidate will support and train users, build and manage custom Copilot Agents, and integrate data and services via connectors while adhering to governance guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio Optimize agents with advanced prompting techniques for accuracy, context, and productivity Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems Act as the internal authority for Copilot, ensuringpliance, governance, and best practices Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance and maintain documentation Provide L1 support for Copilot-related issues and troubleshoot technical challenges Monitor adoption, performance, and usage; produce actionable insights and reports Partner with business leaders and AI Advocates to scale adoption Deliver training and enablement sessions to empower users in Copilot adoption Lead the user-ledmunity "Copilot Studio Builders Exchange" Act as an evangelist for Copilot and AI productivity tools, sharing best practices Supportmunication campaigns to drive engagement and adoption
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse and connectors Developed rest API and mcp custom connectors in copilot studio Worked with the CI/CD deployment process in the power platform
Prompt Engineering:
Expertise in designing effective prompts for Copilot Agents
Problem Solving:
Ability to diagnose issues and design scalable and effective solutions
Integration Skills:
Familiarity with APIs, Connectors, and enterprise data sources
Analytical Skills:
Ability to define, collect, and interpret usage data and present insights to leadership
Business Acumen:
Experience translating business needs into use cases and guiding users to the correct tool
Leadership & Ownership:
Ability to act independently and as a team Excel Power User skill set to include VBA/Macros, Power Queries, Power Pivot, and data visualization Prior experience with enterprise-scale support Proven experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365 Desired skills: Microsoft certifications: Power Platform, M365,
