This role is responsible for protecting critical systems and data, managing integration projects, supporting compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement within our IT environment. Key Responsibilities Manage enterprise data integrations, system enhancements, and third-party vendor relationships. Develop and support APIs, data exchanges, and integration solutions across multiple platforms. Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and organizational security standards. Lead disaster recovery planning, incident response activities, and security improvement initiatives. Oversee data quality, governance, and system performance monitoring. Implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems integration, IT infrastructure, or related areas. Experience with APIs, data integration, security monitoring, and compliance frameworks. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, etc.) preferred.
