Job Description :
Define, standardize, and govern identity and access management policies, processes, and controls across all SAP systems and applications. Lead the development and implementation of SAP Security strategies to ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational requirements. Build and manage a high-performing team and maintain strong partnerships with external support providers. Develop and a comprehensive SAP Security roadmap aligned with corporate cybersecurity objectives. Establish and enforce policies, procedures, workflows, and tools for SAP identity and access management in accordance with leading practices and regulatory requirements. Advance SAP Security capabilities across global landscapes, including SAP ECG, GTS, APO/SCM, HCM, Vistex, Vertex, and Fiori. Collaborate with the Information Security (Cyber) team to align security strategies and roadmaps. Design and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations globally to ensure compliance with audit standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Oversee user lifecycle management and security operations for complex SAP environments. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and security posture. Manage SAP Security team workload, including internal staff and external partners in a hybrid staffing model. Ensure all changes to roles and systems are properly tested, approved, and documented in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Develop and present metrics and reports to monitor performance against SLAs and audit requirements. Participate in global IT strategy discussions and prepare budgets for SAP Security initiatives. Provide strategic directions for SAP Security roadmap and manage related projects to meet deadlines. Support critical incident resolution and collaborate with offshore teams outside standard business hours as needed. Position is fixed location based in Naples, FL office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be permitted. Domestic travel up to 25% for training/seminars and business meetings.
Job Requirements :
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Studies, or a directly related field plus eight (8) years of experience supporting and managing SAP Security.
Experience must include:
Eight (8) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): SAP Security operations and user lifecycle management for complex SAP landscapes. Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Providing strategic direction for SAP Security roadmaps, direct supervisory responsibilities, and project management. Managing hybrid staffing models (internal and external resources). Hands-on experience with Identity Lifecycle Automation and Threat Detection. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
