Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on building and operationalizing a new Application Security (AppSec) organization within a large retail and pharmacy enterprise. This individual will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and scaling the operating model that enables secure software development practices across multiple technology teams, business units, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong project and program management expertise with a solid understanding of application security, software development lifecycles (SDLC), governance frameworks, and organizational change management. This role will partner closely with Cybersecurity leadership, Application Development teams, Infrastructure, DevOps, Risk & Compliance, and executive stakeholders to establish sustainable processes, workflows, and operating standards that support the organization's security transformation goals. Pay Range is anywhere from $39

  • 24 USD.

  • Experience working with data (PowerBI and Tableau preferred)
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint experience
  • Experience leading the design, documentation, and implementation of the Application Security organization's operating model.
  • Ability to define governance structures, stakeholder engagement models, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to create scalable frameworks for integrating security into software development and delivery processes.
  • Ability to establish operational procedures that align AppSec objectives with broader business and technology strategies.
